Lego Caterham 7 620R

I was lucky enough to receive a Lego Caterham 7 620R for Christmas (thanks Paula x).

The model is great fun to build, and makes some clever use of pistols and lipsticks (I kid you not). The way the narrowing of the bonnet is replicated, and the front cycle wings are created and attached are clever designs. Plus the engine plumbing is very realistic. If only it was this easy to plumb the real one.

  1. Hi Rob

    A great blog!

I ordered my 360s in July last year (factory built) and the IVA is next week so delivery should be mid Feb…

The colour you’ve got looks brill. I originally ordered mine in Mazda white but they came back to me and said they found the paint code for Porsche Grand Prix white so they went with that instead!

Anyway, all the best with the build – looking forward to seeing the finished article!

    Cheers

    Allan

  2. Hi Allan,

Thanks – glad you are enjoying the blog. Porsche Grands Prix White – you won’t lose that in the car park 🙂

Good luck with the IVA and delivery. Perfect timing for spring around the corner. I’m hoping to be done in March. Until then the Lego version will have to do.
